By purchasing a character/a commission from me you automatically agree with the terms of service.
TOS for ADOPTS⭐ Don't use my designs for anything offensive that promotes hate speech, such as racism, LGBTphobia, bodyshaming, sexism, etc.⭐ In case of auctions PLEASE do not edit your comment to bid. Reply to the last higher offer. Easier for you, any other bidder and for me;⭐ COMMERCIAL USE OF THE CHARACTER IS ALRIGHT;⭐ YOU CAN ALSO USE MY ART OF SAID CHARACTER FOR COMMERCIAL USE. IN THAT CASE ALWAYS CREDIT ME;⭐ In case of auctions if the higher bidder doesn't pay, the second higher will win the character. You have 24h to pay;⭐ After purchase you can change anything on the character. Depending on what it is I'm also alright on doing the change myself;⭐ DO NOT RECOLOR, TRACE OR EDIT MY ART, please.
COMMISSION TOS:⭐ I can cancel your commission if I don’t feel comfortable with it;⭐ DO NOT recolor/do any kind of change on my art without asking. Depending I may do the change myself;⭐ I do not make commissions on other artist's bases or art styles;⭐ You can request me to not post the art on my social media BUT your commission will be on my portfolio for further reference on my work.⭐ If you want to post the art on your own socials or anywhere else CREDIT ME;⭐ You cannot sell my art, take credit for it or remove my assignature;⭐I tend to work on commissions monday to saturday. I also tend to answer more on these days!⭐I'll do as many changes as necessary but won't do any after the lineart/art is fully done. Please tell me ANY changes you wish as soon as possible!⭐ I LOVE getting docs with what exactly you want. If you want to send me only text/image references just remember to send as many as possible! If you have preferences for poses or feelings for the art, please do give me those! I want to be able to draw what you want as close as possible;⭐ You can change the character in your commission as long as I did not do the lineart or the colors yet. I will do exceptions if I take a month or more with your commission;⭐ I will send you wips. I tend to be a bit forgetfull so remember! You are entitled to those. If I didn't send you any you can ask for it as many times as you want;⭐ Commissions with deadlines have a 15% fee;⭐ I usually can take up to 4 weeks to two months on a commission but I will ALWAYS finish it. If I am taking longer on it you can check my To Do List. In case it isn't there I most likely forgot to add it due to life things (uni, overall undiagnosed issues) so please remind me of it!!! If I take too long (per two months) you can also ask for a free chibi.
